Position Highlights:

• Work-Life Balance: Four-day work week with approximately 31 scheduled hours. Wednesdays off and early Fridays (7:00 AM to 12:00 PM).
• Desirable Practice Setting: Established suburban general dentistry office with a large, loyal family patient base built over 35+ years. The practice is entering an exciting rebrand, with new marketing launching once the provider is in place.
• Culture & Support: Collaborative team including a practice lead, dental assistant, and two hygienists who value a provider who listens and builds trust. A nearby sister office provides clinical support and mentorship.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive Compensation: Daily guarantee of $850 to $1,000 to start, plus up to 35% of collections (less 50% of lab fees). Full-scope providers in the group’s local office earn approximately $300,000. Strong opportunity to grow production by keeping procedures in-house that were previously referred out.
• Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 to $10,000, paid at 6 and/or 12 months.
• Comprehensive Benefits Package: Health insurance through Blue Cross Blue Shield, internal dental program, VSP vision, company-provided group term life insurance up to $200,000, and employee-paid short- and long-term disability.
• Retirement: 401(k) with pre-tax, Roth, and Mega Roth options, plus a 50% match on up to 4%.

Qualifications:

• Degree: DDS or DMD required.
• Certifications: Oral or IV sedation credentialing is a plus.
• Licensure: Active Indiana dental license or eligibility to obtain.
• Skillset: Confidence in comprehensive general dentistry. A collaborative, team-focused leadership style and a commitment to building lasting patient relationships.
• Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience preferred. Experienced providers seeking a long-term career home are encouraged to apply.
• Sponsorship: Visa sponsorship is not available.
