The Opportunity

Join a short-term assignment with the enthusiastic and connected team at a practice in Waynesboro, PA. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated, easy-going provider who enjoys working in a collaborative, camaraderie-focused office culture and is comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

The practice is looking for a dentist who can perform all basic general dentistry procedures, including exams, emergency visits, and bread-and-butter dentistry, while maintaining smooth patient flow alongside a supportive and energetic team.

The client will consider providers who can start January 6, 2027, and commit to at least 2–3 months of coverage.

Dates: 1/6/27-7/29/27

Schedule: Mon-Thur 8am-5pm

What You’ll Do

• Examining patients to determine oral health needs, utilizing x-rays and other diagnostic equipment and procedures
• Provide exams and emergency dental care in an outpatient setting
• Deliver efficient, patient-focused treatment while maintaining daily workflow
• Assist with leading and supervising office team members
• Staying productive during both slower and busier teams
• Focus on patient experience and support a developing office
• Maintain accurate documentation and continuity of care

Requirements

• DDS or DMD from an accredited program
• Active state dental license
• Prior dental experience required
• Clinical knowledge to practice comprehensive dentistry, including diagnosis and treatment of oral health issues
• Comfortable handling exams and emergency visits in a fast-paced setting
