Position Highlights

• Work and Life Balance-Four day work week with no nights, weekends, or call requirements.

• Collaborative team of 7 full-time dentists and 2 part-time dentists.
• Spacious facility with 44 treatment areas, built to support 10 or more dentists as the practice grows.
• Shared dentist offices with ample workstation space.
• Advanced technology including 3 intraoral scanners and CBCT and intra-oral cameras.

Practice Schedule

• Monday through Thursday: 7:30 am to 5:00 pm
• Friday: 7:30 am to 2:00 pm

Patient Volume

• Average of 25 to 30 patients per day, including periodic exams.
• Typically 2 to 3 procedures per day, such as crowns, dentures, and endodontics.
• Full schedule supported by an established patient base and strong community demand.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive Compensation: Potential earnings of $280,000+ annually, based on experience and production.

Qualifications

• Degree: Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD).
• Licensure: Active Wisconsin dental license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Skills and Experience: Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.
