Hours: Mon/ Wed 7:30a-5:30p lunch 12p-1p, Tues 7:30a-3:30p no lunch, Christmas Eve hours are 7a-1p no lunch, NYE hours are 7a-3p
Clinical Staff: 1 RDH, 3 DA
Required procedures: Surgical extractions, Denture steps, Crown & Bridge, Comprehensive treatment planning
Avg patients per day: 8-15NP, 15-25 EP
Additional requirements/ info: extractions could include simple/ surgical/ full mouth. Please notate any procedure limitations in presentation.
