Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Dentist for a 9-day assignment in Texas The schedule involves working from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm daily, with a requirement to remain onsite and available for walk-ins. This role focuses on comprehensive general dentistry, including exams, cleanings, X-rays, composite resin fillings, simple and surgical extractions, ceramic bridges, crowns, root canals, dentures, and partials.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide healthy mouth dentistry
- Perform exams, cleanings, and X-rays
- Administer composite resin fillings
- Conduct simple and surgical extractions based on comfort level
- Place ceramic bridges
- Perform crown procedures
- Execute root canals
- Fit dentures
- Provide partials
Additional Information
- Required Certifications: Academy of General Dentistry (AGD)
- EMR System: Dentrix
- Work Setting: Outpatient (Clinic Only)
- Call Schedule: No Call
- Patient Volume: 20-30 patients per 11-hour shift
- LOA: 9 Days
- Staffing Mix: The practice offers 100% Dentist autonomy, operates without hygienists, and includes 3 dentists, each working 3 days per week, alongside one orthodontist working 3 days per week.
