This all-digital private practice has an in-house design lab and a strong implant focus, including All-On-X and zygomatic implants. The community is underserved, the team averages 10+ years of tenure, and the culture is family-oriented. The practice is 100% fee-for-service.
Compensation & Benefits
- 30% of collections
- $300,000 guarantee, paid twice monthly and true-up quarterly
- Expected 1st year earnings of $325,000–$375,000
- Sign-on bonus and relocation negotiable for the right candidate

Schedule
- Full-time, 4 days per week, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
- No evenings and no Saturdays
- Scheduling flexibility available
What You’ll Do
- Provide full-scope general dentistry, including restorative, crowns and bridges, extractions and oral surgery, dentures and partials, implants, veneers and whitening, and pediatric care
- Work with CBCT, Trios intraoral scanning, digital impressions, a laser, and an in-house lab
- Help build and train a new clinical team; a full-time front office is already in place
