Qualifications

• Degree: DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Certifications: Completion of an accredited orthodontic residency program required.
• Licensure: Active Mississippi dental license or eligibility for Mississippi licensure.
• Skillset: Efficient treatment planning and case management, comfort with a high volume of starts, finishes, and bracket placements and removals, strong family communication during consultations and treatment plan reviews, and the ability to lead and direct clinical support staff.
• Experience: Minimum of two years of orthodontic experience preferred, with demonstrated comfort managing 60 to 70 patients per day.
• Sponsorship: Visa sponsorship may be considered.
