The Opportunity
Join a short-term assignment with the enthusiastic and connected team at a practice located in Rolla, MO. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated, easy-going provider who enjoys working in a collaborative, camaraderie-focused office culture. The practice is seeking a provider comfortable with exams, emergency visits, and bread-and-butter dentistry, including diagnosing and performing fillings and crowns. The ideal candidate will also be willing to seat crowns from the previous provider and see hygiene patients while maintaining smooth patient flow. Strong clinical skills, flexibility, and a positive, team-oriented attitude are essential to success in this supportive and energetic environment.
Assignment Details
Schedule: Monday through Thursday 8am to 5pm

What You’ll Do
• Examining patients to determine oral health needs, utilizing x-rays and other diagnostic equipment and procedures
• Provide exams and emergency dental care in an outpatient setting
• Deliver efficient, patient-focused treatment while maintaining daily workflow
• Assist with leading and supervising office team members
• Staying productive during both slower and busier teams
• Focus on patient experience and support a developing office
• Maintain accurate documentation and continuity of care
Requirements
• DDS or DMD from an accredited program
• Active state dental license
• Prior dental experience required
• Clinical knowledge to practice comprehensive dentistry, including diagnosis and treatment of oral health issues
• Comfortable handling exams and emergency visits in a fast-paced setting
