ABOUT THE GROUP:
Group is an FQHC that has been in operation since 2004. They have grown from a double wide trailer to 11 clinics in 5 counties and 320 employees and 65 Providers. They have about 50,000 active patients and see about 160,000 visits / year. Primary Care, Behavioral Health, Pharmacy and Dental Services.
ABOUT THE POSITION:
Need a full time general dentist. This is a free standing dental clinic located 5 mins away from the health clinic.
18 Operatories (ran a hygiene and assistant school)
3 Dentists, adding one due to growth
General Family Dentistry
Also saw 32,000 kids in outreach program
17 - 20 patients / day per dentist
Monday - Friday
4 - 10's or 5 - 8's available
25% Self pay the rest insurance and medicaid / medicare
PACKAGE:
Excellent Starting salary
$3000 CE with 5 days
23 days PTO + 1 week Sick time
Cover 90% Health
5% Retirement
Life / Disability
