Private practice in beautiful Lodi, California is looking for a diamond in the rough. We are a general practice with a focus of 60% on cosmetic dentistry. We are looking for a General Dentist with 3-5 years of experience in restorative dentistry to join our practice. New associate would be the 2nd dentist.
Owner has studied with Hornbook and his techniques and he teaches this as well as other techniques. He also speaks and coaches other dentists and practices. His practice has won Best Cosmetic Dentist in the area. For the right candidate he is offering 20K worth of advanced skill training as well as the business side of the practice 'systems. Best fit for this platform is a dentist that has the desire and ability to learn these new skills, has exceptional communication skills with priority being patient care. The team are all friendly, outgoing, practice motto is work hard and play hard.
