General Overview:

• Employed by mission-oriented community health center
• 2 Locations available - Short drive to Green Bay and Milwaukee
• Up to 160K Base Salary
• 50K student loan assistance

Practice Overview:

• Practice in a brand new, state of the art dental center
• Leadership opportunity (90 percent clinical, 10 percent administrative) – Not required
• Fully staffed team of 6 dentists
• Support staff to include 1-2 hygienists and 2 assistants per dentist
• Average 18 patients per day
• General, outpatient focus dentistry
• Tenured team will proctor in Root Canals, Dentures, and Pediatrics, if interested (no requirement)
• 4 Day weeks
• No weekends or call

Compensation Overview:

• Up to 160K base annual salary
• 50K student loan assistance
• 20 Days of PTO plus 7.5 national holidays
• 5 Days CME with 2K allowance
• Comprehensive health, dental, and vision
• License and annual dues reimbursed
