ABOUT THE AREA:
Area is located in Eastern Utah just 2.5 hrs from Salt Lake City and 1.5 hrs from Moab, UT
ABOUT THE GROUP:
Clinic is an FQHC. They offer Primary Care, Behavioral Health and now Dental Services. They have a HIPSA score of 19. The Clinic has two locations.
ABOUT THE POSITION:
Group received a new Oral Health Expansion grant in July 2016 and opened the new Dental service on January 3rd 2017.
All new equipment
Eaglesoft
Nitrous
This position would be to replace a Dentist that is leaving in March because of family in CA.
2 Assistants and 1 Hygienist
2 Operatories
General Family Dentistry
Very flexible hours including 4 -10's no weekends
PACKAGE:
150K - 170K base salary + production about 24K / yr
