FQHC with 2 locations
One clinic is going to be moving to a brand-new facility. The clinic provides Primary Care, Behavioral Health and Dental Services. They also have a school based program.
ABOUT THE POSITION:
Looking to add a full time Dentist
Brand new equipment with onsite pharmacy
12 Operatories
2 Dentists currently needing a 3rd
3 Hygienists
6 Assistants
ADA Room with Wheelchair
4 day work week
Option to do 1 day a week in the school system with portable equipment
70% Medicaid
