ABOUT THE AREA:
Area is located about 25 miles from downtown Norfolk, VA.
ABOUT THE PRACTICE:
Practice has been around since 1981. The current owner bought into the practice in 2002 and the other owner retired in 2014.The practice shares space with an Orthodontist but are not financially tied to each other. The Orthodontist, works just 3 days a week Tue, Thu, Fri. The practice will be opening a new location in Gloucester, VA in June.
ABOUT THE POSITON:
Looking for a full time Dentist
This position would split time between 2 locations
12 operatories and 7 operatories
13 staff memebers
Has one part time Dentist that was going to go full time but decided not to.
Practice is open Monday - Friday 8-5 but is open to a 4 day work week.
Option for buy in and actually preferred
Heavy Military area and only see about 5% Medicaid
PACKAGE:
Open to negotiation but would be around:
$1,000 / day - 35% of collections
