About the AREA:
Located in the Miami / Ft Lauderdale area
About the GROUP:
They have 3 offices. They offer dentistry and Orthodontics to children up to the age of 18.
About the POSITION:
Open position due to growth
Need a Pediatric Dentist
They have been in operation for 12 years and have 3 locations.
Will work with 2 Orthodontists and 1 Pediatric Dentist
10 Assistants
3 Offices with 5 Operatories each
In house FA, Nitrous facilities present
Will work 3 weekdays per week, and 1 Saturday per month
Weekdays are 7a - 5p and Saturdays are 1/2 days
Average Pats/month - 20-30 per DAY, 4 days a week
Pedodontist will see patients 1 Saturday a month
New pats/month - 45-80
Payor Mix: HMO, PPO, FFs, in 2 offices they have Medicaid as well
Collection percentage is 95%
Lab fees are covered by the practice
About the COMP & BENEFITS:
Compensation is based on experience and they have bonus structures in place
