About the POSITION:
Looking for a Pediatric Dentist
This is a brand new, state of the art facility
They will consider a New Grad!
Location: Milwaukee
Clinic is open: Mon - Thu; 7a-6p; Fri; 7a - 2:30p, and Sat 7a-noon (only required to work 1 Sat a month)
Providers work 38.75 hours a week
Will work with 5 General Dentists and 3 Specialists - one of which is a Peds Dentist
3-4 Dental Assistants
Average patients per month - dependent on provider
Clinic averages 200 new patients per month
Payor mix: All insurances, Fee for service, Employer groups. No State Aid, Medicaid, or T-19 patients.
Collections percentage: 92%, but provider compensation is not based on collections
No lab fees

Compensation: Guaranteed annual with an additional incentive program based on production.
