ABOUT THE POSITION:
Pediatric Dentist
Replacing a Peds Den that relocated
They will consider a New Grad!
This practice has been in business for over 30 years
Will work with 6 General Dentists and 4 Specialists
3-4 Dental Assistants
1-2 Hygienists
Peds Dentist will have 6 operatories and 2 quiet rooms
Average patients per month - dependent on provider
Clinic averages 200 new patients per month
Payor mix: All insurances, Fee for service, Employer groups. No State Aid, Medicaid, or T-19 patients.
Collections percentage: 92%, but provider compensation is not based on collections
No lab fees
About the COMP & BENEFITS:
Compensation: Guaranteed annual with an additional incentive program based on production.
