About the AREA:
Located in Southwest Mississippi just 1 hr from Natchez, MS.
About the GROUP:
FQHC that has been around for more than thirty years.
They have 3 clinics, one of which is a dedicated Dental Clinic, which opened in 2001.
About the POSITION:
New grads are NOT what they want.
FQHC that needs a Dentist due to growth
General Dentistry - comprehensive dental care including dentures, bridges, crowns, and root canals.
M-F 7:45a - 5p
No Saturdays yet, but could be an option someday
Will work with 1.5 Dentists; 2 Assistants (will hire more if needed); 2 Hygienists
There are 6 Operatories and they are adding 4 more currently
On-site: Digital X-ray, Electronic Dental Record
Payor Mix? As a Community Health Center all payor types are seen including the uninsured.
We are enrolled with Medicaid, MS Can, CHIP’s and most major insurances. Also, we offer a Sliding Fee Program for those who qualify which allows as discount according to family size and income.
Lab cases are sent to outside lab.

Compensation DOE
Medical/Dental - EE at 100%
LTD/STD: EE at 100%
Retirement Plan: 8% of annual salary
