Practice is located near Biloxi, MS
About the GROUP:
Private Dental Practice. They have 4 locations and have been in business for 24 years.
Practice would like to expand, they are looking for General Dentists and Orthodontists
About the POSITION:
Need is for a General Dentist due to growth
They will consider a new Grad
M-F 8-5 and some possible evenings
Possibility for Sat in the future
Will work sometimes with the owner, but mostly solo
Will work with 2 Assistants and 2 Hygienists
6 Operatories
Special equipment: CEREC, CBCT
Each office sees 30-40 pats/DAY
150-175 new pats;/month
Payor Mix: Self Pay, Insurance, VERY LITTLE Medicaid (less than 2%)
Collection % is 96%
Practice pays 100% of the lab fees
About the COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
Compensation is Salary +30%
