Clinic has been around for 2 years
M and W 8-5, T and H 8-6, Friday 8-1
No Saturdays
Will work with 1 other dentist
3 Assist and 2 Hygienists
5 Operatories
Pano x-ray, electronic EDR
255+ pats/month
75 new pats/month
Payor Mix: 61% Medicaid, 9% 3rd party, 30% self pay
