About the AREA:
Located in Southern Missouri just 1 hr from Springfield and 1.5 hrs from Rogers, AR.
About the GROUP:
Community Health Center that offers family practice, urgent care, dental and mental health services with a focus on prevention. We have a variety of providers to meet our patients’ needs – doctors and nurse practitioners, along with dentists, dental hygienists, and social workers.
FQHC with 2 locations in MO.
About the POSITION:
Need a General Dentist, due to replacement and growth.
Will do fillings, extractions, root canals, partials, and dentures.
They will consider a new grad - and they are an NHSC loan repayment site
Clinic has been in operation since 1996; satellite clinic, has been in operation since 2012.
4 or 5 days a week, there is some flexibility in the scheduling
No Saturdays.
Will work independently
Will have 2 assistants and 1 hygiene/float assistant
One hygienist
3 Operatories for dentist and 1 operatory for the hygienist
Digital x-rays with TV monitors mounted on wall of each operatory
Approx 300 pats/month - room for growth
60 new pats/month
Payor mix: 1/3 Medicaid, 1/3 commercial, and 1/3 self pay
