Job Description
Facility- FQHC
Practice
- HPSA score of 26 – National Health Service Corp loan forgiveness.
- EPIC EMR scheduling, but work mostly in Wisdom (Dental charting in EPIC).
- 45 min cleanings 12 and under. Adults get 60 mins. New patient comprehensive is 60 mins.
- 8-5 M-F with 1 hour lunch.
- Patients are schedule on the hour and the half hour.
- Typically the dentist would see 12 patients per day due to no shows.
- No IV sedation, no cosmetic work, no implants, no veneers.
- General work, root canals, crowns, fillings, dentures, abfractions.
Financials
- Salary $130,000 to $150,000
- Excellent benefits and very cheap.
- 401k with match, no vesting time
Community –
- 1 hour from Madison, WI
- Downtown on register of historic places.
- Senior apartments over the clinic in downtown building.
- Can commute from Madison if desired.
