Job Description

MDA is seeking a General Dentist to help with coverage in Wisconsin.

This is a long term Locum assignment working Monday - Friday in Rice Lake, WI. The office needs a provider that can start as soon as January 2, 2019 and clinic hours vary. Would like a provider that can commit to 3 months with the option to extend. Scope of work will be oral health exams and fillings. Any additional procedures are optional for providers.

Credentialing is fast. Compensation is weekly direct deposit. Medical Doctor Associates will provide Professional Liability Insurance.
