Job Description
- Coverage Needed April 29 - Aug 2
- Reason for need: Client seeking permanent provider and needs locums in the interim
- Client prefers full time provider (of course), but will consider most availability as long as it's not sporadic
- Clinic schedule is Tue, Wed, Thurs 8a - 5p and Friday 8a - 1p (with quick 15 minute huddles prior to the shift starting)
- No call, no weekends
- 2 doc practice (1 at the moment, hence the need), so they can be flexible on hours as well
- Bread and butter practice, but the office does do a lot of crowns
- Support staff: At least two DA's and 1 HYG
** Travel, lodging and malpractice insurance is covered **
** weekly pay via direct deposit **
