- M-TH; 2 days at Clinic and 2 days at Boys & Girls Club
- 8:15am-4:30pm, 30 min lunch
- CHC
- Medicaid facility, 60%
- LT will be required to have a Medicaid number
- Operatories, set up Right Handed
- Patients per day: goal is 10 for both sites
- Usually, 100% scheduled,
