Job Description
Cross Country Locum is currently seeking locum tenens dentistry coverage in Missouri.
Desired Schedule: Full time or 4 10 hour days a week
Worksite Setting: Northeastern Missouri - correctional facility
Scope of Work: This position provides routine and emergency dental care, assessment, diagnosis and treatment to incarcerated patients. This position is responsible for but not limited to preventative, diagnosis and treatment of oral pathology both routine and emergency settings.
Requirements: BLC, DEA, unrestricted MO license
EMR/EHR system: Proprietary
Privileging Process:
New providers credentialing can take up to a month.
Department of Corrections clearance can take up to 3 weeks.
Given approx. Start Date after clearance.
1 week Training at Reg Office
2nd week training at DOC
3rd week: Onboarding
4th week: Sees patients.
Typically wants providers that can work 2-3 months due to process.
