Start Date: 11/14/2019
End Date: 2/28/2020
Schedule: Hours: Monday- Friday, 8-5. Current open-ended assignment until a 2nd doctor is hired for this practice
Details: Seeking provider bread and butter dentistry. Invisalign certified would be a plus!
Credentials: Active License in Georgia
