Job Description

Opening: Dentist

Start Date: 2019/2020

Location: 65 minutes SE of Green Bay, Wisconsin

Facility: Outpatient Clinic

Hours: 4-day work week, Mon-Thurs or Tues-Fri: 7:30am - 5:00pm daily (1/2 hour unpaid lunch daily)

Travel, Housing and Medical Malpractice provided

Credentials: Wisconsin Dental license, DEA.

Details: Average patients per day 12. Patient ages 5+. General dentist responsibilities including endodontics, restorative, extractions, crowns, dentures, etc. Support staff includes two dental assistants per Dentist. Also, 6 additional Dentists and multiple Hygienists work in this clinic. EMR system used is Dentrix. Locums Dentist must have a heart for caring for an under-served patient population in a Community Health Center setting, have a positive attitude, and get along well with their patients & staff.
