Group has five locations in Upstate NY about 2.5 hours from Montreal, Canada.
ABOUT THE GROUP:
Group began in 1975 and now is an FQHC with 5 locations. They added their 5th location in January 2020. They provide an array of services: Primary and Pediatric care, Optometry, Dental care, Physical Therapy, Health Home Care Coordination, and Substance Abuse Support.
ABOUT THE POSITION:
- Our team is currently seeking candidates for a Dentist
- We currently operate 5 Federally Qualified Health Centers and opened a brand new $4 million dollar state of the art facility in January 2020
- The new site includes eleven primary care suites and six dental suites with the latest equipment available
- All locations are located within a short driving distance from the Adirondack Mountains, Vermont, the St. Lawrence River, and Canadian cities such as Montreal and Ottawa
