Compensation:
– Initial guarantee plus a Collection Incentive $285,000+ annually potential
– Paid CE & 401K with a match
– Sign on bonus up to $20,000
– Relocation: $3,500
– Dental Insurance including immediate family

Position Overview
– 7 ops in place with 4 more ready to be opened.
– 1 surgical suite and a 2nd room framed out to be opened.
– 36 hours per week
– IV sedation desired, but not must
– Complete x-ray and CT onsite.
– Bread & Butter Dentistry (Molar – Endo focus)
– Brand new doctor had $50k on the books in his first 2 weeks of practice.
