$2M practice seeking to replace someone who is departing for family reasons
Guaranteed salary that never goes away.
Plus production.
Plus employer paid health insurance.
Plus 401k match at 4%
Plus other opt-in benefits.
Close to Broken Bow. Close to Texarkana. You can live anywhere you like.
General Family Dentistry - about half the patients are under 18.
Dentist owned organization that has done over $100M in revenue with just a handful of dentists.
These folks have their processes down. All you have to do is show up and treat patients. They take care of everything else for you.
Candidate Parameters:
No major background issues like drugs or arrests within the last 10 years.
General restorative dentistry. No orthodontics. No implants.
Must have high enthusiasm for your work and be a great team player.
Must have excellent bedside manner. This is definitely a patient-first organization.
There are no quotas but the practice is always fully scheduled. Must want to work but obviously the work pays well.
Cannot support visas of any kind.
Minimum 2 year commitment but we hope you stay forever if things go well.
