COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Associate Dentist

• Base pay between $140,000 to $180,000 based on experience + production bonuses
• Uncapped earning potential - ideal earnings in first year at practice would be north of $260,000!
• Looking for associate dentist willing to do all forms of dentistry - can make north of $400,000 when fully ramped
• Relocation assistance up to $10,000 for out of state dentists!

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Associate Dentist

• Will consider DMD or DDS candidates
• All forms of dentistry - from bread and butter dentistry to high end oral surgery
• Brand new laser machine to assist with crowns
• Tuesday through Friday schedule, with Saturdays optional if interested in making more money!

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Associate Dentist

• Ideally 2 years of high end, private practice dentistry required
• Looking for an associate dentist - not interested in eventually getting rid of the practice
• Would consider out of state dentists, but need GA license before seeing patients
• CEUs and development are important factors - practice owner will serve as a mentor for the associate dentist providing continuing education and what not
