Associate Dentist
The Company: Our client is a well-established, private practice who has grown incredibly fast since they opened their doors. They welcome patients of all ages and backgrounds. They are seeing on average 60-70 new patients a month and have an established and experienced staff.
The Position: As a Dentist, you will provide dental care through corrective care, the prevention of dental disease and the promotion of dental health. Our client is offering the following compensation and benefits:
- 80% of Production Minus Lab Fees
- 2 Weeks PTO
- Substantial Sign on Bonus
- Relocation Assistance Available
- Partnership/ Buy-In Opportunity
- CE Reimbursement Negotiable
Requirements:
- Active Virginia Dental License
- New Grads Welcome
- Military Background Preferred But Not Required
- Must Be Open To Equity/ Partnership Opportunity
Responsibilities:
- Flexible Schedule
- Ability To Make Own Schedule
- 3-5 Day Work Week
- No Weekends Or Major Holidays
- 8-12 Patients A Day
