ABOUT THE AREA:
Located in the Birmingham, AL area
ABOUT THE GROUP:
Private Practice purchased in 2004.
Grew the practice to 3 doctors but due to Covid he lost both doctors.
He does all types of dentistry including Implants, Invisalign, Dentures, Bone grafts, etc.
Only thing he does not do is Molar Endo.
Updated the office from 6 to 11 operatories
ABOUT THE POSITION:
Looking for a General Dentist to work part or full time. He would prefer a Tuesday - Friday or Wednesday - Friday schedule.
3 Hygienists
2 Assistants but plans to hire additional
Prefers experience but does not mind someone that is coachable
Sees all types of Insurance and self-pay
Sees min wage to CEO's
Averaging 65 new patients per month - but plenty of volume as he was at nearly 200 patients
PACKAGE:
Very Flexible with compensation
% of Adjusted Production / Salary with % / Income guarantee with % of Collections
