Job Description
Dental Director opportunity with a well establish and growing health program.
Responsible for all of the operations of the dental clinic, supervises and evaluates the performance of the dental staff, and maintains productivity targets. Provides clinical services within the realm of general dentistry and gives health education information and specialty referrals to patients and community. Participates as a member of the Clinic's management team in planning, organizing, and evaluating services.
This multi-site health program provides high quality, culturally competent outpatient care to an underserved patient population, so a rewarding chance to impact the health of a community. Comprehensive services including medical, dental, pharmacy, behavioral health, lab and other community health and outreach programs.
Salaried, full time position ($132K-$172K) includes benefits: paid holidays, paid vacation/sick, license/dues, CME days/$, health insurance, covered malpractice, retirement matching with loan repayment available.
Candidates must have/obtain active CA license, current DEA, five years of clinical experience in general dentistry and past director experience.
