Located in Southeast Kansas just 30 miles from Joplin, MO
ABOUT THE GROUP:
Group is an FQHC that has been in operation for many years. They have grown from a double wide trailer to 11 clinics in 5 counties and 320 employees and 65 Providers. They have about 50,000 active patients and see about 160,000 visits / year. Primary Care, Behavioral Health, Pharmacy and Dental Services.
ABOUT THE POSITION:
- Need a full time general dentist
- This is a free standing dental clinic located 5 mins away from the health clinic
- 18 Operatories (ran a hygiene and assistant school)
- 3 Dentists, adding one due to growth
- General Family Dentistry also saw 32,000 kids in outreach program
- 17 - 20 patients / day per dentist
- Monday - Friday 4 - 10's or 5 - 8's available
- 25% Self pay the rest insurance and medicaid / medicare
PACKAGE:
- $3000 CE with 5 days
- 23 days PTO + 1 week Sick time
- Cover 90% Health
- 5% Retirement
- Life / Disability
- Cover license, fees, journals, etc.
