COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: General Dentist (DDS, DMD)
- Starting pay scale of $180K, up to $220K + bonuses with experience
- Non-profit organization qualified for Federal school loan assistance
- Up to $15,000 sign-on bonus
- Annual $5,000 retention bonus every year
- Subsidized housing provided by employer
- 5% Retirement contribution by employer
- $7,000 annual CME
- $10,000 Relocation assistance
- Qualified site for federal school loan assistance
RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS: General Dentist (DDS, DMD)
- Community Health Center setting
- General dentistry with a variety of case-mix and patient-population
- Patient-focused approach with average of 8-9 patients per day
- Monday – Friday schedule
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: General Dentist (DDS, DMD)
- New graduates and experienced dentist candidates welcome
- Seeking passionate providers willing to provide healthcare services to local Native Alaskan patient-population
- Licensed any 1 of 50 states in US can start practicing immediately
