This facility is seeking a Dentist for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details & requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: June 25, July 26 - July 30; Monday - Friday, 8a-5p
• Patients per Day/Volume: 20
• Types of Cases: everything with General Dentistry. 25% dentures, 25% extractions, 15% fillings, 5% root canals, 15% crown and bridge
• Electronic Medical Record- Dentrix
• 2 Dental Assistant's, 2 Dental Hygienists
• Active Florida license, Drug Enforcement Administration certification (DEA), Controlled Substance Registration (CSR), and Basic Life Support(BLS) is required
