Overview:

– Employed by mission-oriented community health center serving North Dakota since 2004
– Join 3 Dentists – Willing to train and proctor
– Great opportunity to give back to the community and/or establish a solid foundation of general dentistry
– Goal of 15 patients per day – Focus on the patient, not production
– 30 percent pediatrics
– 8 Opps
– Can do 4 day weeks

Compensation:

– Up to 185K base annual salary (commensurate with experience)
– NHSC student loan assistance
– North Dakota has several loan assistance programs as well
– 21 Days of PTO plus 8 national holidays
– 5 Days CE and 3K allowance
– 401k with up to 5 percent match
– Comprehensive Health, Dental, and Vision

Location:

– Community of 60,000 located on the Western banks of the North flowing Red River of the North
– International airport and Airforce base
– Historic downtown including public arts, “pocket parks”, and a boardwalk
– Bountiful outdoor activities include birdwatching, riverside paths, fishing, kayaking, snowmobiling, hunting, canoeing, and more
– Century is 50 minutes north – “The Gateway to Florida” – Historic, charming town has become an ideal rest stop for travelers
– Diverse real estate- Acreage, suburban/gated, and rental property available
– 1 hour and 20 minutes to Fargo
