Job Description

Looking for the right Dental Associate to join our team. We need a dentist committed to the care of citizens of the Hobbs, New Mexico community. This is a general practice and a one stop shop for our patients of all ages. Our emphasis is on children but we do see adults. We perform basic services, as well as endodontic procedures and oral surgery on a case by case basis. We do crown, bridges and removables from our own dental labs. We have Cerec, Zirconia, and E-max crown ovens and mills. We also provide Clear Correct clear aligners for those patients not wanting to pursue traditional orthodontics.

KidsKare offers a four day work week, typically Monday through Thursday. Workdays are about 9 hours long. Dentists have their own dedicated assistants, and we employ dental hygienists, and hygiene assistants.

Our new Associate Dentist will enjoy a guaranteed annual salary of $240,000.00. The annual salary is realized in just 178 work days. The guaranteed annual salary is broken up into a daily salary. This daily salary covers performing exams on hygiene patients and performing restorative services. A monthly bonus based on exceeding production goals is achieved and enjoyed by many of our Associate Dentists. There is also a signing bonus available for 1, 2, and 3 year contracts. All fees for credentialing needed to practice dentistry for KidsKare are reimbursed 100%. Professional liability coverage is provided at no cost as well.
