The Opportunity:

• Private Group - Not a DSO
• 3 DAY WORK WEEK
• The two doctors already working in this practice average over $100k/month in personal production. They are at capacity and continue to add dozens of new patients every month. Our success and growth mandate we add another outstanding dentist as soon as possible.
• Compensation includes guaranteed base, plus production, plus full benefits, plus retirement plan.
• Tons of operational and administrative support.
• Mentorship Available.
• We bring in tons of CE throughout the year.
• Don't like what's on the CE schedule? We will support you in pursuing other/different CE and provide an expense allowance for it.

Location:

• 500k local population not far west of Pensacola, FL
• Dozens of neighborhood options.
• Live on 50 acres, live in a beachfront condo, live in a traditional city neighborhood. All can be found within 30-45 minutes of your office.

Candidate Parameters:

• MUST have completed a GPR or already have at least 2 years of post-dental-school experience.
• In addition to being able to offer excellence in all things Bread and Butter Family Dentistry - ideal candidates will have experience placing implants, or an interest in learning to place implants.
• Unable to support visas of any kind as this is a for-profit entity without any academic ties.
• Personal and professional backgrounds are always a part of the consideration process.
