This facility is seeking a Dentist for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details & requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday 9AM–5PM
  Tuesday 10AM–6PM
  Wednesday 9AM–5PM
  Thursday 10AM–6PM
  Friday 9AM–1PM
• Job Setting: Dental Office
• Types of Cases: Family dentistry – mostly adults though – Fillings, extractions, exams, dentures, crown and bridge, root canals
• Board Certified or Board Eligible, Active STATE license, Drug Enforcement Administration certification (DEA), Controlled Substance Registration (CSR), and Basic Life Support(BLS) is required
