Job Description
Join an established group in Victorville, California as a full-time permanent general dentist. This position is in a children’s office primarily treating patients ages 0 – 21 years, and general dentists with pediatric experience will be considered.
Details:

$10,000 sign-on bonus! (for qualified candidates)

Earn a generous daily guarantee or a percentage of adjusted production (whichever is greater; daily guarantee is non-expiring)

De novo office (new practice from the ground up)

Practice payor mix: 85% state-funded insurance (Denti-Cal) | 15% FFS/other insurance

Practice patient mix: Ages 0 – 21 years

Schedule: Full-time, 4 days per week, Tuesday – Friday

Qualifications:

DMD or DDS
-
Experience treating children preferred

Must be comfortable as the solo dentist

Current state license to practice dentistry

Proof of and ability to maintain malpractice insurance
