- The doctor purchased the practice in 2017
- Owns his own lab and surgical class
ABOUT THE POSITION:
- Looking for an Associate in Greeley, CO
- The owner and 1 other associate
- 6 ops currently but moving to a 6K sq facility in October 2022 and will have 10 - 17 ops plus an onsite lab
- Bread and Butter Dentistry - 70% Insurance with In house Plan and cash pay
- Monday - Friday 8 - 5 but only 3 - 4 days of clinical work
- No lab fees
- Sedation would be a plus
PACKAGE:
- Income Guarantee ($600 / day) 30% of collections but could be flexible
- 401K with match
- Health Insurance with HSA option
- 3 K CE but onsite courses available
- 4 K for Licensure and malpractice
- 2K relo with additional 6K paid at 1 year anniversary
