About the POSITION:
- Experience Required
- Need is due to growth and a doctor retiring
- 3-4 days at one office and 1-2 days at another
- M - F 7:30 - 5:00, no Saturdays
- 1 Dentist, 1 Assistant, 3 Hygienists
- 7-9 Operatories
- 700+ patients per month
- 65+ new patients per month
- Payor Mix - 80% PPO, 15% In house benefit plan, 5% self pay
- Collection Percentage - 70
- Lab Fees - Paid by the company
- Other services include: place and restore implants, mill and place crowns using CEREC technology, provide sleep apnea services, do limited orthodontics
About the BENEFITS:
- Salary 30% commission, 3-month guarantee
