Job Description
This boutique DSO with a Servant model for leadership is set up to share the income more evenly and has a unique value proposition. Centralized Home Base with a fantastic call center to handle pre-authorizations, referrals, scheduling, billing, collections, etc. The doctor only has to do patient care and charts.
They have current openings in Nashville, Panama City, and Birmingham.
FINANCIALS
- Each has 200K (sign-on/forgivable loan structure for tax benefit forgiven over the length of the employment agreement, five years).
- Partnership eligibility after 12 months and Peer Review.
- Daily guarantee and percentage of collections (higher of the two).
- Full Benefits Health and 401K.
- First-year doc is expected to make about $650K in this model.
