$45,000 Sign-On Bonus | OMS Opportunity | Eastern Tennessee
Practice Overview:
Well-established OMS practice in Knoxville, TN. Three managing Partners looking for immediate OMS coverage. 2 offices with planned growth to 5-7 practices soon. $5 million net revenue annually. Full range of OMS services, 1000 implants annually. Well-established referral base from a local general dentist. Active in study clubs and lunch and learn events.
Office Set-Up:
· 2 Operatories
· 3 Consultation Rooms
· X-Ray
· Sterile Processing
· Recovery area
· Family waiting room in the Recovery area
· Implant Coordinator in-house Marketing team
· Treatment planner
· Surgery Scheduler
Staffing:
· 3 Surgeons rotating between 2 offices
· 11 Front Office Staff
· 10 Clinical Staff, including Registered Nurses
Typical Schedule:
· 4-5 Surgeries scheduled in the morning
· 15 – 20 Consults scheduled in the afternoon
· Patients scheduled 45 days out.
Financials / Benefits:
· $300,000 Base 6-month guarantee
· 30-33% of Net Collections
· $400,000 potential 1st year
· Sign On Bonus up to $45,000
