Comprehensive Oral Surgery Group
General Dentists on staff to handle restorative/pre and post
Sophisticated lab onsite
National Marketing Efforts conducted on your behalf
Multiple operating rooms onsite.
Several locations are in need in and around Tampa.
You can obtain hospital privileges if you like. Several of the doctors cover hospital E.R.s and take call. Most opt to do all things in-house, given the in-house capabilities.
You are not responsible for hiring, firing, scheduling, billing, etc. You focus on what you do best.
Senior leadership has been in place for almost 20 years.
Very low turnover.
Compensation:
Proven $1M+ earnings.
You get revenue credit and related bonuses for the work the Restorative dentists do with your patients.
Comprised of guaranteed salary plus a percentage of net.
Plus - Sign-on bonus
Plus - 3 weeks of PTO to start - grows from there over time
Plus - a comprehensive benefits package
Plus - retirement compensation with a match
Plus - an opportunity for equity participation over time
Open to all levels of experience, including 2023 residents/fellows
Unable to support any visa needs.
