My client has a thriving private Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery practice in Western Michigan. The practice offers a quick ramp-up with skilled support staff. There is also an opportunity for partnership after 12 months with the practice.

Financials:
· $400,000 base salary with % of collections.
· Potential of $1,000,000+ a year.
· Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.
Practice Schedule:
· Flexible hours and number of shifts per week.
· Office is open Monday through Friday.
Practice Details:
· Technology-focused office with abundant resources and state-of-the-art equipment.
· Immediate ramp up with over 200 referring dentists.
· Experienced support staff with most being there for 10 years.
Other:
· Partnership opportunity as soon as 12 months
