Oral Surgeon Associate- Private Practice w/mentorship
My client, a successful and highly respected oral surgeon with more than 30 years in practice is recruiting an oral maxillofacial surgeon to join him. This is a well-established and very lucrative practice in Northern California with no saturation or competition.

Practice Schedule:
- Monday-Thursday 7-3. Friday 7-12
- Perform 6-8 cases every morning.
Practice Details:
- 2 operatories, 2 consult rooms, and a recovery room.
- Overflow room (extra operatory, if needed).
- Imagining room, Sterilization, and lab rooms.
Financials:
- Additional compensation for taking calls at the local hospital (Optional).
- Salary will be based on experience and is starting at 35% of collections with a base salary.
- PTO, Health Benefits, 401K, Malpractice Insurance, $5000 for CE
- Relocation up to $10,000 plus a sign-on bonus.
